最近大家都好嗎~疫情期間,大家為了安全,都停止了聚會活動,好久都沒有和身邊好友聚餐聊天吃美食.
不過最近幾個月疫情穩定,倒是有陸陸續續收到聖誕餐會的邀請,有的聖誕趴也是請外燴來辦的型式,就讓我想到去年醫師公會的聚餐,那時候還特地請台中外燴廠商到我們雲林這邊來辦,我想台中人應該不陌生,就是『歡樂派』
當時聽到是台中的廠商我也嚇一跳,不過菜色是真的很棒,以前我對外燴的印象還停留在都是乾巴巴的炸雞、炸雞腿、炸花枝丸、薯條、一些看起來很廉價的小蛋糕等等,那時候看到歡樂派的餐點,讓我大大吃驚了一番!光用看的就知道很好吃,豐富的選擇,看起來又很有質感.
那時候有跟負責接洽的朋友打聽,因為是跨縣市的關係,來到雲林有加運費3000元,而且有最低消費限制是預算一個人抓1200,聽到當下是覺得有點貴,不過看看他們的佈置、吃過他們的餐點後,就覺得還蠻值得的!
畢竟. . . .雲林這邊我覺得還蠻美食沙漠的,好吃的就那幾間,大家是真的聚餐到有點膩了,換了歡樂派這樣美式鄉村風外燴的型式~大家都覺得蠻新鮮的!

還剛好把取餐區擺在掛畫前~很有意境!跟他們佈置的美式鄉村風色調還蠻呼應的!
聽說歡樂派還都會事先到外燴現場勘查過,還蠻專業的,佈置的風格和取餐動線都是有事先規畫過的.

這道楓糖西瓜牛肉串,是我以前沒有看過的料理.
牛肉跟西瓜、鳳梨、櫛瓜串在一起燒烤,上面有楓糖烤過後的焦糖.
牛肉居然可以跟水果互相搭配,吃起來香甜又爽口.

我還注意到,那一次的外燴餐點不是做早期常見那種一盤一盤,用夾子取食的料理,而是都做成可以直接取用方便食用的小份量,也就是國外派對Buffet常見的Finger Food,有層次的擺在木盤上,很有鄉村氣息,也是現在流行的美式鄉村風外燴.

清蒸雪花魚捲杯、還有日式壽司,都可以吃得很優雅.

咖哩蝦球一口堡和米蘭海老西紅柿也讓我印象蠻深刻的!
漢堡居然想得到做成迷你的樣子~而且裡面是咖哩蝦球,不是一般的炸雞!
咖哩蝦球的風味更好~
米蘭海老西紅柿就不用說了,一整隻蝦,搭上番茄酸甜爽口.
歡樂派在菜色上的搭配,都像是藝術品.
現場很多菜色,都是我在外面參加餐會根本沒有看到過的.
歡樂派很有自己的風格.

現場還有專人服務現切的爐烤板腱菲力牛.
牛肉軟嫩多汁,配上一點調味就顯現出牛肉的鮮甜.
這一道還蠻讓我驚豔的,熟度剛剛好,肉質不會太生也不會太老,很受現場大家歡迎.

我也覺得現場的服務生服務很好,態度親切,補菜的速度也很快速,他們對於現場的應變能力看起來都很駕輕就熟.

大家印象中,比較愛吃甜點都是女孩子,但當天甜點最受男生的歡迎,他們的甜點甜度都很剛好,不會太甜,也不會太膩.
繽紛彩虹塔上面都是用新鮮的水果,就連巧克力口味的也大受歡迎.
我很喜歡他們的派皮,又香又酥.
蜂蜜堅果塔也很優秀,聽說是歡樂派的招牌甜點之一.

而且居然還有新鮮水果,水果真的要夠新鮮,色澤才會青翠,口感才會好.
尤其是那水果茶超好喝,我喝了很多杯,甜度跟酸度都很剛好.

另外還有沒拍到的濃湯,也是很好喝.
現在回想,當天還真的沒有地雷料理~那天總共有24道菜,一個人的預算1200吃下來還真的綽綽有餘,吃得精緻又吃得飽.
擺設又有花材,顯得漂亮又有質感,整個取餐動線又順暢,在公會場地用餐又是大家熟悉的地方,我看得出來公會的長輩們最滿意,也都說跟往常聚餐不一樣,也一直跟負責舉辦的人事說這次辦得很好.

早知道這次就提醒公會也可以辦個聖誕餐會的!
這樣才有機會再回味一次歡樂派!
不過我想之後也是會有很多機會~
