跟媽媽受邀去參加知名廚具台中店開幕式，接待的小姐人很好、很親切。跟媽媽不小心來得太早了，到的時候已經有很多人在準備了，推估也準備了一個多小時吧，裡面的人員忙著在準備餐點，那些餐點感覺好精緻喔!媽媽說這是鄉村風外燴，現在很多公司開幕的時候都流行辦這種西式外燴點心，這種模式，我還是第一次見，超級特別的，媽媽說這次是找歡樂派來負責知名廚具台中店的歐式buffet。

場內放了很多進口花材，配色很亮麗，花超漂亮的，很難不讓人注意到，從外觀看雖然店小小的，但實際進場後，才發現各種廚具應有盡有，但是我的注意力除了場內所有的進口花材，還有就是桌上琳瑯滿目的餐點啦!

看起來都超好吃的，而且擺盤都好漂亮喔，就像是點綴現場的裝飾品一樣，雖然看起來小小的，但是給人有種料多實在的感覺，小小的漢堡配料超豐富，堅果塔看起來也好好吃，一口給你所有堅果的滿足，這些只是會場的冰山一角而已。

飲料是水果茶，事先都幫大家裝好了，有兩種口味讓人選，不用怕在現場口渴怎麼辦，也不需要擔心餐點不夠，或是飲料沒了，都有人在旁邊注意現場情況，隨時去補齊會場點心，還有人員細心的擦拭用具、整理環境，保持現場環境整潔。

這個黃金乳酪蛋糕超好吃的甜而不膩，讓人不自覺的一口接著一口，有各式各樣的甜點可以任君挑選，不用怕單一口味讓人吃膩，吃下去前，還有視覺享受，這樣的擺盤有種療癒感。藍莓塔上的每顆藍莓都很飽滿，微酸微酸的感覺搭上塔皮的甜味，清爽又不膩口。

現場還有人拉奏小提琴，讓這場視覺饗宴，多了柔和的背景音樂，邊聽音樂，邊夾取餐點，不自覺得讓人有種在高級餐廳喝下午茶的錯覺，不只有甜點，還有鹹味的小點，餐點好豐盛啊!

每個點心都小巧精緻可愛，種類又多元化，果凍擺在湯匙中是不是看起來超可愛的!!，連辣的都有準備，泰式海鮮沙拉、鮮蝦番茄，食材新鮮之外，連醬汁都特別準備，微辣的口感，刺激著舌頭，也刺激味蕾，旁邊都有冰涼的水果茶讓人搭配。

現場真的人滿為患，但是點心都沒有短缺的問題，歡樂派的人員除了注意點心有沒有不足，還維持現場整潔，即使人很多，現場都沒有環境髒亂的問題。
