看看這個莊園,這個聚餐現場,除了有美景可以看還有超好吃外燴!有得吃又有得看!很棒吧～擺設還有一點鄉村風外燴的風格～
很像在這個好天氣之下,來一場”高級”野餐的感覺!
整個心情都放鬆了下來!

一到現場就發現朋友準備了好多好美的餐點給我們吃～一眼望去有好多我沒看過的料理!非常精心設計,好用心!
連餐點的擺設、裝飾都這麼的美～
桌上的花也超漂亮的,還可以帶走!
看起來都是進口的花!
後來問了才知道原來是他們請了台中的外燴歡樂派來籌備這次的餐會呢!!我也跟服務人員要了一張名片,上網查了一下,果然沒錯!
之前就有印象看過新聞有特別報導過這家台中外燴,這次算是託朋友的福可以現場吃到啦!而且還聽說他們可以承辦的項目非常多,不管是抓週派對、慶生派對、聚會派對等等. . .不受場地限制都可以到府服務!
突然也讓我想到目前防疫那麼嚴謹,慶祝也不能到外面去,總是會憂心,但如果請他們來家裡辦一場外燴,在家用餐就更安心啦~還可以開心慶祝!

但不瞞大家說今天其實是朋友邀請我們來后里欣賞他的超大片玫瑰莊園,整座後山都是他的,超大一片啊!像是花海一樣,還有超多玫瑰花品種都沒看過,旁邊還有溫室照顧區,好多很稀有很珍貴的品種,我也特別問了朋友,他說要在台灣這種溫暖潮濕的環境,種植不同品質的玫瑰花,其實除了留意水份以外,還要克服很多病蟲害,真的很不簡單呢!

我原本還想說自己回去後也可以來嘗試種看看,但沒想到1個花苞竟然是一客排餐的價錢耶~真的不便宜～～只是說看到這麼美的玫瑰花種在庭院裡也真的很值得!

他們的擺設都很美,餐點也很好吃~讓我留下最深刻印象的就是西瓜牛肉串、牛排、草莓生乳捲~都很棒說!

原本我還想說我這種不太吃甜食的人,可能只吃一點點嘗鮮就好了.
沒想到竟然連我都一口接一口停不下來!

其中我最愛的就是西瓜牛肉串,特別要說的是上面還有一層楓糖哦!
吃下去的層次感很豐富～在牛肉的香氣後面又帶有水果的香甜～綜合在一起好搭配!以前都沒有吃過這麼特別的創意料理.
有看到鳳梨蝦球嗎?
這個也超讚的!下面有一整塊的鳳梨!!!
一樣是一種鹹鹹+甜甜的組合~哈哈

只能說現場的服務人員都好專業~~
各個都在自己的崗位上,把現場的餐點、衛生處理、食物的分裝、陳設，都做得很好!整個現場的tempo都hold 住了!!
專業的外燴果然就是不一樣~
也難怪他們是擁有20幾年經驗的外燴品牌呢.

我還要額外說到的就是,現場的食物都是「少油、少鹽、少調味」很健康!!
其實就是很好奇,他們是怎麼可以做出又健康又好吃的食物,所以我就又去打擾了服務人員一次~他說他們很注重的就是食物中的「油」!!
還特別舉例了現場的沙拉就是使用了特里斯橄欖油及10年的巴薩米蘋果醋~去調味而成的~~真的不問都不知道學問這麼多耶!
好吃又健康~想想,自己平時吃的食物真的也要去管控呢QQ

最後在特寫一下,現場還有提供飲料喔!!
光看水果汁裡面,有滿滿的水果,就知道這不是化學調味~
一切都非常注重”養生”的歡樂派,這次真的讓我對他們的食物零負評阿!!!

今天不只玫瑰花讓我大開眼界連食物也讓我好滿意!
果然多出來外面走走,就是會有意外的收穫~~
也因為這個世界”美麗”之處就在於處處有驚喜囉!
