聽小咪這麼一說覺得很有道理也很好奇，小咪提的先進低風險又無痛的雷射近視是怎麼一回事，隔沒幾天就跑去預約想親自了解看看。在跟非常資深又專業的陳永煌院長諮詢時，才發現原來科技進步的如此快，現今的雷射近視已經跟傳統的雷射手術有非常大的不同！陳院長說: 坊間最新的手術方式仍停在無刀雷射(微笑眼科當然也有) 但要跟世界先進的微創技術接軌讓病人術後恢復快後遺症機率更低唯有不斷進步，使用先進的儀器才是為患者謀光明之福。聽完院長的說明 讓我更堅定地想要在微笑眼科終結我的眼鏡人生了!!

微笑眼科最厲害的地方除了有陳院長親自手術外，還有全台灣唯一一台蔡司Visumax！雷射手術是叫ReLEx smile 全無刀近視雷射，微創的切口不需要掀角膜瓣傷害角膜神經，傳統的近視雷射就是要掀角膜瓣，會傷害到的神經非常多，導致後遺症的發生機率很高！有詢問醫師為什麼會無痛～醫師解釋說一般傳統雷射切口會切大約22mm-28mm，而用蔡司visu max則只需要切個2mm-4mm的小傷口。主要只會輕輕的附著角膜，所以整個過程是不會有感覺的！這台雷射近視最新的蔡司Visumax儀器，其實在國外已經很知名了，但台灣就是稍稍的晚了一些，不過還好微笑眼科有進了這台儀器，全台灣only只有他們有！

聽完醫生詳細的講解，說什麼都應該要做的阿！本來要直接預約手術時間，沒想到醫師說並不是每個人都適合做ReLEx smile 全無刀近視雷射，必須要先經過非常周密的檢查確認過後才會進行手術安排。微笑眼科的設備都非常的精密，一連串的檢查～除了基本的驗光測量度數外，還做了角膜電腦斷層及角膜像差儀。

幸好老天爺助我也，讓我能順利通過層層檢查終於可以做ReLEx smile 全無刀近視雷射手術！手術過程非常的快，十來分鐘就搞定了！院長及護理人員人都很好很親切，手術前還偷偷麻煩護理人員幫我拍張照留作紀念。術後醫師還幫我二次的檢查，真的很細心呢！做完雷射手術最要注意的就是保養照顧，按時的點藥水，避免讓眼球碰到水，最重要的是絕對不能揉眼睛，如果會流眼淚或酸酸的話都是正常的～每個人體質不同症狀因人而異摟！
