『我的台北眼科Smile全飛秒近視雷射實錄』

從小學開始我就是近視族,戴著眼鏡是日常,小時候覺得還好,長大就覺得好麻煩. . .
尤其是跟朋友去玩水的時候!拜託~~去海邊就是想要漂漂亮亮的阿!誰想要穿著性感的比基尼配一副又厚又重的眼鏡呢?更別說. . . .眼鏡或隱眼還有被海水沖走的風險. . . .
可是戴隱形眼鏡玩水又很怕被感染,不戴眼鏡又根本看不清楚,所以大學還沒畢業的時候,我就受不了!決定等存夠了錢,我一定要做近視雷射~~~~(這應該也是一種目標執行吧)

直到前陣子,我存夠了錢~我自己在網路上爬文看了很多關於台北眼科做近視雷射的資訊、以及醫師的評價及口碑、原來雷射近視有不同手術方式,內容也是有所差異的,勢必要『審慎評估』
最吸引我的還是安心亞本人也推薦的Smile全飛秒近視雷射.

看了很多網友分享,我鎖定了台北優爾視眼科,預約諮詢時,診所人員有特別提醒諮詢前軟式隱形眼鏡要停戴7天、硬式隱形眼鏡要停戴14天,避免影響檢查數值.

因為疫情的關係,進入診所一定要落實實名制,並且做好消毒.
諮詢當天會先做很多詳細的檢查,可以說是眼睛專屬的健康檢查ex:驗光、眼壓、角膜厚度、淚液測試等等.
診所的每一處空間都很乾淨,而且佈置的氛圍讓人很放鬆.

優爾視眼科檢查的儀器都是很新型的,醫療科技一直都在進步,越新型的設備,檢查的一定是越詳細,每換一個設備,診所人員就會先說明檢查的內容,也讓我對我自己的眼睛有更多的了解.
但是不是每個人都能做Smile手術,近視度數、角膜厚度等都必須符合條件值才能接受手術,所以與其自己先煩惱要不要做,不如直接掛號預約檢查,做了檢查、接受醫師評估後才會知道自己適不適合做近視雷射.

診所人員負責的儀器檢查都完成後,最後一項是視網膜眼底檢查,須由醫師本人親自做評估.
視網膜眼底檢查需要先在眼睛上點散瞳劑,診所人員也利用等待散瞳劑發揮效果的時間,跟我說明目前的近視雷射的原理.

術前說明與諮詢

在這個諮詢時段,諮詢師清楚的分析,讓我更加了解不同近視雷射方式的內容,當然~也讓我更清楚自己想要做的手術是哪一種.

目前可以選擇的近視手術主要有三種
Smart TransPRK.
LASIK.
Smile全飛秒.

Smart TransPRK及LASIK手術我們在這邊歸類於大傷口手術,傷口大代表恢復需要較長的時間,也代表破壞的神經較多,所以早期近視雷射手術後較常聽到有乾眼的狀況發生,而LASIK手術會把角膜瓣掀開,因此術後會有角膜瓣移位的風險.
而Smile手術是只需要切一個小缺口,傷口只有2-4mm,非常微創的傷口,而且不需掀角膜瓣,所以不會有角膜瓣移位的問題,未來有乾眼的機率也比較少.但相對來說Smile手術的價格高很多,不過我覺得眼睛是靈魂之窗,所以當然會希望做更有保障的手術.

我找的醫師,是全台灣做Smile手術最有經驗的陳永煌醫師,七年前也是陳永煌醫師率先將Smile手術引進台灣的.
而且給陳醫師做Smile手術,傷口只有最小的2mm,傷口恢復的又更快了.
跟陳醫師諮詢的過程中,我還得知他也幫自己的太太和二個孩子都做了Smile手術,可見這項手術本身也非常受到醫師信賴,安全到讓醫師也可以放心為自己的家人親自操刀.

加上Smile手術本身也有獲得諾貝爾獎的肯定,所以我就是要選他!!

不過陳醫師評估真的很謹慎,他看了我的角膜厚度,也看了我的淚液分泌狀況,跟我說我的角膜厚度天生就比較薄,但還好近視不算深,所以術後可以保留的角膜厚度還在安全值,因此陳醫師才說我可以做Smile手術.
Smile手術的原理是會先用全飛秒雷射在角膜下方製作一個像是角膜透鏡的組織,這個組織的厚度依據每個人的近視和散光度數會有所不同,接著再從2mm的切口中將組織取出,達到矯正近視和散光.

在優爾視做Smile手術,總是受到無微不至的照顧~
術前護理師先幫我做衛教,居然還有準備好的護理包可以帶回家,像是會使用到的護目鏡、透氣膠帶、消毒棉棒、眼藥水等,還可以選一副喜歡的太陽眼鏡喔.

近視雷射手術中

手術前會先演練過一次,手術進行中的時候就不會那麼緊張.
手術進行的時間也很快,就連眼睛進行雷射的時候我都沒有發覺,因為全程無感.
也沒有痛的感覺,真的是很神奇的一項手術.

Smile全飛秒近視雷射取出來的角膜

這就是手術中取出來的角膜組織,看起來也很像是隱形眼鏡.
最神奇的是手術完成後,就看得清楚了耶!!不過會有一層水霧籠罩眼睛的感覺,這情形大約會持續兩天左右,陳醫師在我回家前,也特別叮嚀我回家盡量多閉著眼睛休息,退麻後我的眼睛一直覺得很酸澀,乾脆弄一弄就上床睡覺了.

隔天早上起床看得又更清楚,不用依賴眼鏡就很清晰,水霧感也比前一天退很多.
術後除了要小心不要讓生水或是異物跑進傷口,另外重要的就是要定期回診檢查傷口及視力.
傷口大約一周就癒合囉!對生活及工作都沒有大影響.而且術後的視力恢復也很穩定,目前雙眼都是1.2
我覺得給陳永煌醫師手術真的很安心,術前他會很詳細的解說,也會把手術後可能發生的情形先說明,這也是為什麼台灣要做Smile手術陳永煌醫師絕對是首選的原因,因為他的臨床手術經驗是最最豐富的.

完成Smile手術後,最有感的就是不用戴眼鏡,晚上起床也不用摸黑上廁所,我以前真的曾經半夜起床上廁所,沒戴眼鏡看不清楚被絆倒過. . . .
運動和玩水也比以前更自在許多,以前戴著隱形眼鏡,總很怕水濺到眼睛內,玩起來總是不盡興,現在就不一樣了,真的自在很多呢!!
