如果問我,人生中最不後悔的事情是什麼,我會告訴你,第一件事是生小孩,第二件事就是做Smile全飛秒近視雷射~
自從在台北優爾視眼科給陳永煌醫師做了雷射近視後,我覺得自己像是脫胎換骨一樣.
我是一家醫材公司的業務人員,接觸各大醫院的外科醫師和在手術室跟刀是我的工作日常.
也因為工作關係,能比大多數人更早接收到一些醫療新訊.
Smile手術也是在我客戶的太太介紹推薦下,讓我更下定決心要解決跟了我20幾年的大近視眼!

優爾視診所在敦化南路一段上,很好找~就在敦化雙星大廈的2樓.
從中間大廈的正門口進入,直接走上左邊樓梯到2樓就可以看到診所大門.
裡面空間還蠻大的,也很明亮.

有一點很重要,陳醫師只有每週四這一天有在優爾視眼科看診和手術,最好提早三四週預約,最方便的是,可以在一天內完成術前檢查和手術,不需要再多排一天時間,對我這樣行程很緊湊的人來說是一大福音,我們做業務講究的就是效率和時間價值~

預約檢查前,我已經先多方了解Smile手術的內容.
Smile手術是風險極低的極微創手術,比起傳統的近視雷射,傷口小了不只一丁半點,當初我遲遲不做近視手術,就是因為傳統的傷口大不好照顧,再來風險高,後遺症機率相當高,不想因為自己一時衝動,造成不可逆的遺憾.
待會後面會詳細介紹到Smile手術的好處.

我打電話預約時,眼科專員有提醒我,如果平常有戴隱形眼鏡的習慣,檢查前軟式隱形眼鏡最好停戴7天、硬式最好停戴14天.

報到後稍微等待一下,專員就帶著我開始做術前必須檢測的10多項檢查.
時間大約花了一個多小時,最多大概抓兩個小時左右.
檢查內容有常見的眼壓、驗光、度數測量等,也有更detail的角膜斷層分析檢查等等.
在術前的把關是真的很用心,過程中我也跟專員聊了很多,才知道這幾年才流行起來的Smile手術,是陳醫師7年前率先從國外引進台灣的,當時全台灣只有陳醫師一個人會做這項手術,到目前為止,陳醫師可以說是手術經驗最豐富的.

一連串的檢查過程,專員讓我相當安心!!除了祈禱自己檢查結果能夠無異常外,也超級期待接受手術!
我的術前度數
右眼:250度
左眼:300度
兩眼散光都是200度.

我只要沒戴眼鏡,視線就是一片朦朧~
出社會後,因為愛漂亮和工作跑業務的方便,我白天都習慣戴軟式隱形眼鏡,晚上回家換上一般的框式眼鏡.
但相信我,隱眼不是絕對便利的選擇!只是跟一般框式眼鏡比起來,相對便利的選項而已.
有時工作需要在手術室跟刀,在無菌低溫乾燥的手術室待10-12個小時,手術結束後,我的眼睛都彷彿不是我的眼睛一樣,隱眼都快要從眼睛裡噴出來,眼睛乾澀到不行,還充血到兩眼通紅,非常痛苦.
回到家換了眼鏡,不是被小孩一把抓走,就是被一巴掌打飛. . . . .
總之近視這種文明病,就是那種不會造成你生活大麻煩,但是會讓你小麻煩不斷

而我的檢查結果是all pass沒有問題!
陳醫師也有親自幫我做一些較深入的眼睛檢查.
在他說明下,我也很放心的接受Smile手術.

我相信還在觀望近視雷射的朋友們,一定都會覺得手術名稱好多喔、每一種手術方法都說自己最棒、被搞得頭暈眼花,然後就不知道該怎麼選擇,一直卡在原地遲遲不敢行動.
我就來簡單說明一下陳醫師跟我介紹的內容.

目前市面上近視雷射大致分為三種方式:
1.TPRK
2.Lasik
3.Smile全飛秒近視雷射

第1.2項的TPRK和Lasik手術 治療近視、散光，都是採用準分子雷射機器,傷口都蠻大的.
TPRK首先需去除整個角膜表面,聽起來就是傷口最大的手術方式(聽起來也很痛，感覺前期的修復會很辛苦!!)
Lasik是利用切開角膜製作一個瓣的手術方式,傷口一定超過20mm.
Smile手術只需要2-4mm的傷口取出Smile雷射製作的角膜透鏡就完成了.
3種手術方式,Smile手術聽起來就是最快速且傷口小復原最快的了.
而且偷偷跟大家分享,一般做Smile全飛秒的傷口都是2-4mm，但陳醫師就是能做到只有2mm的傷口,所以再怎樣都知道要找手術經驗豐富的陳醫師操刀~

手術前,可以在診所先挑一副太陽眼鏡,保護術後的眼睛.
診所也會另外準備一份衛教包,裡面有3M膠帶、眼罩、回診卡、藥水與衛教說明等等.
專員會詳細的說明術後照顧方式和重點注意事項.
大概是因為Smile手術太厲害,傷口又很小,照顧方式真的很簡單不麻煩,只要定時點眼藥水,保護眼睛1周內不要跑進異物和生水就可以了.

這就是Smile手術的機器,德國蔡司製造的VisuMax.
這台機器看起來就像在電影中NASA太空總署會出現的高科技儀器~

來聊聊手術過程吧!
Smile手術不只聽起來簡單厲害,實際做起來也是快速又無痛,我完全不敢相信跟了我20多年的近視,居然不到10分鐘就解決.
陳醫師很有技巧的在手術中引導我,讓我順順利利的穩定盯著儀器的綠點看,一直到綠點變霧,手術就完成,重點是無痛~~當然這也是因為Smile全飛秒是極微創手術才能做到的.
完成後踏出手術室,視線比不戴眼鏡清楚很多了，只是還會有水水霧霧的感覺.
視力隨著時間恢復感覺有越清晰,當天晚上看東西,眼前視線就沒有隔著水霧般的感覺了.
而且隔天還可以正常工作,不需要請長假休養.
活動和工作都正常,完全不會影響日常作息.
隔天我也是自己回診檢查,也不需要麻煩到家人.
目前視力1.0、1.2,工作若需要跟刀,不用再經歷痛苦的隱眼乾澀日常,也徹底擺脫框式眼鏡的不便,只是比較麻煩的是小孩沒有眼鏡可抓就改抓我的頭髮~

真的還蠻感謝客戶介紹我認識了陳永煌醫師,順利在優爾視眼科做了Smile手術,擺脫了近視,讓生活日常更輕鬆,也找回了眼睛的健康.
不需要戴眼鏡後,感覺自己以前走過的路、看過的景都有不同的視野~好像來到新世界一樣~以前沒有好好善待我的雙眼,這次我一定要好好珍惜使用,保持好習慣,讓我的眼睛健健康康!
