在家人的溫馨陪伴下~~我終於完成人生大事了~~
眼科手術結束的這天開始，我再也不用隔著鏡片看這世界了!!
因為我做了近視雷射!!矯正我的近視了!!
這種起床不用再找眼鏡的感覺真好~
之前只要運動時，眼鏡常隨著汗水往下滑，因為自己是警察，有時候要在外出勤一整日，鏡片會變得很髒，必需要時常拔下來清洗、擦拭，以上這些原因，都讓我覺得很困擾，所以最後決定做雷射近視!!
當然做這種重大決定，事前功課是一定要做足，所以我在PTT爬文後，知道了ReLex Smile雷射手術，我認為Smile是對眼睛傷害較小的手術方式，因為它是目前最新的微創手術，而陳永煌醫師在Smile雷射手術已經有相當高的知名度，網路上一致好評，不僅網紅推薦他，就連許多醫師也都推薦他，指定陳永煌醫師手術.有這麼多專業人士的理論印證及親身體驗，我最後選擇了優爾視眼科.
起初知道Smile手術是看PTT之外，也剛好看到網紅激推做Smile手術.

全程感覺很輕鬆，而且她做完的當下都沒有任何不適感!!
這點真的讓我非常動心.
加上對於其他手術方式，我都不太能接受，至於不能接受的點，我在下面分析給大家看.
Smart TransPRK是大面積傷口的手術，破壞角膜再生，傷口範圍神經的整個表面，大家最常聽到的是，不需要掀角膜瓣，所以很安全，但其實有很多人沒注意到一些小細節，例如大面積傷口的風險，還有視力回復性的問題.大面積傷口可想而知的，一定擺脫不了恢復期很長的這件事實，一旦傷口恢復期拉長，感染的風險必然增加，尤其整個眼睛是完全沒有防護作用的，被感染一定是最麻煩的!
至於視力恢復性的問題，畢竟是破壞角膜再讓其自己再生，有可能恢復度跟自己預料的有落差，這問題也是不容忽視的! 我的工作沒有辦法讓我慢慢渡過那緩慢的恢復期，視力對我是很重要的.
LASIK就是所謂要掀角膜瓣的手術，問題也是大傷口手術，傷口大小至少22mm-26mm，還有角膜移位的可能，畢竟我是警察，因為一些職業需要，難免會有些擦撞，或是劇烈運動，真的無法承擔大傷口手術的任何風險，也難保自己的角膜瓣不會移位的疑慮!!
大傷口手術的壞處還有，因為會切斷較多的角膜神經，所以較容易有乾眼症的問題不只LASIK，Smart TransPRK也是.
最後來說說Smile手術吧，是目前全世界最新的微創雷射近視手術，傷口小，只有2mm-4mm，跟LASIK就差了十倍，手術過程中完全不需要掀角膜辦，這樣上述的問題基本上就都沒有了.
而且文獻中也提到Smile手術方式,針對散光的矯正率比傳統傷口還高!!
既然我都選擇要做近視雷射了，我不會選擇一個大傷口的舊型手術，當然要選擇微創手術，才讓人安心.

照片就是幫我手術的陳永煌醫師,為了確保手術的順利進行,陳永煌醫師在手術前親自與我溝通注意事項,雖然嚴肅但這一點讓我非常安心.畢竟一生才一次的手術,我也想要一次到位成功.
檢查完當天就跟優爾視預約手術時間了.
手術當天陳永煌醫師非常親切，給人的感覺是真的很慎重，在進行手術前，還有跟我模擬手術當下的狀況，真的有讓我嚇到，感覺是把我的眼睛當做他的眼睛一樣小心!!
在躺上手術床之前，其實很不真實，就感覺我真的要進行手術了嗎?
一躺上冰冷的床，我整個人都醒了過來，自己就是確確實實要手術了，當下蠻緊張的，但就覺得只要配合好陳永煌醫師，一切就都沒問題了!!
當然全程也跟診所人員說的一樣，沒有聲音、沒有味道，也沒有感覺，不會有像人家做舊的大傷口手術時，聞到燒焦味的情況.
過了多久也沒什麼感覺，是坐起來看到時鐘時(有點濛濛的)，但是我真的看到了~~也太神奇了~~才發現，竟然連二十分鐘都不到!!
而且我當下睜開眼睛，就是一個超清楚又帶點薄霧的畫面，反正很難形容啦~~重點就是看得到了~~我還懷疑了一下，自己應該是沒戴隱形眼鏡阿，等到陳永煌醫師在幫我檢查傷口時，我才意識到，手術結束了.就這樣 完成了一件人生大事.
再次提醒大家,想要到優爾視眼科諮詢,一定要提早預約，這樣診所這邊也比較好安排檢查.
檢查項目非常詳細，足足有十多樣，雖然花比較多的時間，但為了讓醫師能完全掌握眼睛的狀況，我覺得花點時間也是應該的.
檢查完之後，診所人員跟我說我是符合手術資格的，我才想到，之前爬文就有看到有些人說不符合資格，是不能進行手術的，但因為只有少數人，所以我原本以為手術資格應該簡單，但是診所人員跟我說，陳永煌醫師的把關很嚴格，有自己一套標準，比法規的規定還要高標準.
也太嚴謹了吧，阿不就還好我符合資格. . .(感動)
真的很感謝優爾視團隊耐心的提醒我回診時間，叮嚀我回報眼睛情況，而且陳醫師和他的團隊在手術過程中展現出專業的一面，讓我緊張的心情消退不少，每一次回診，一次又一次的感覺到視力的進步，感謝優爾視給我再一次不用帶眼鏡的機會，接下來我一定會好好保養眼睛，定期追蹤檢查!!
我現在每天醒來就是清晰的視野，可以正常運動，不用推眼鏡，而且到目前為止，眼睛也沒有其他手術方式可能會有的乾眼或眩光!!
我現在唯一最後悔的，就是太晚做眼睛雷射手術啦!!!
