就是我在20歲生日的時候，去做了Smile近視雷射~
我今天是來分享眼科手術~
我也不想賣關子，就直接說，我是在微笑眼科診所做Smile雷射近視的!

我身邊的朋友常這樣問我.
為什麼我會去做近視矯正呢?
因為我國小六年級才戴眼鏡，之前在操場追趕跑跳碰，都不用擔心眼鏡滑脫，或是被人撞到眼鏡受損的問題.
戴了眼鏡後，才知道健康視力的重要，我其實有在努力保養，即便大學度數也沒加深太多(驕傲)

但眼鏡的問題還是都在，吃湯麵會被霧氣干擾，看3D電影很麻煩等，所以從我知道近視雷射開始，就一直有這個念頭了，只是想等我出社會自己賺錢再來做，家人自然都知道我有這想法，結果!!我的家人決定出錢讓我做雷射近視!當做是我20歲生日禮物，太驚訝了!!我愛我的家人!!(痛哭流涕)

我上網打台中近視雷射眼科醫師推薦，發現一件事，只要是跟ReLEx Smile手術有關，就會看到陳永煌醫師!
什麼是ReLEx Smile?
誰是陳永煌醫師?

ReLEx Smile手術，通常簡稱Smile微笑手術，因為傷口只有2mm-4mm的小弧形，像微笑而得名，是目前全世界最新的近視雷射技術，傷口小，不需要掀角膜瓣，跟其他類型手術相比散光矯正率高，因為風險小所以對眼睛的傷害也少很多!

我稍微提一下其他類型手術，來讓大家做比較~
LASIK，掀角膜瓣，傷口22mm-26mm。沒錯，傷口多了十倍，你沒有看錯，其實對於這些我也都還好，甚至覺得價格比較便宜還是可以接受的，但差就差在，後遺症的問題，有乾眼症、角膜瓣移位的情況，不能說百分之百，但機率一定比Smile高很多.

Smart TransPRK，不需要掀角膜瓣，但會直接破壞整個角膜表皮，傷口為眼睛的所有面積，是三種手術裡面最痛的，所以我不考慮，雖然主打說，以後就算有碰撞或是激烈運動，也不需要擔心眼睛的問題，但是我有看到人家說，因為是靠角膜再生，來恢復視力，如果沒有恢復完全怎麼辦?
因為你一切就是要靠角膜的再生力，那角膜不給力，怎麼辦?

我想既然要做近視雷射了，沒有必要去選舊型又大傷口的手術，選擇最新微創手術不好嗎?

其實從查資料的時候就會給人有Smile手術=陳永煌醫師、陳永煌醫師=Smile手術的感覺，因為兩者同時出現比例非常高!
這也就讓我好奇陳永煌醫師的資歷了.
可以看到上面的照片，那就是陳永煌醫師，跟每一位患者的合照.
每個人都是滿意的表情，就知道這是位可以讓人放心的醫師，那就在這裡說明我知道的資歷.

將Smile手術引進台灣的正是陳永煌醫師，所以也是台灣經驗最豐富的眼科醫師，要學習到這項技術，不是只要買儀器就好，還要去國外進修，確認合格，你才能被授權使用這項技術!

其實光是這樣就足夠讓我安心把眼睛交給這位專業的眼科醫師了.
不過我再說一件事，應該能讓人更信服，陳永煌醫師有親自操刀替自己的妻子、兒子和女兒進行Smile手術，如果不是經驗豐富加上對這技術的肯定，怎麼有醫師敢幫自己最愛的家人做呢?

當天是媽媽陪我來微笑的，可能怕我緊張，堅持排開事情陪我過來(世上只有媽媽好~)
檢查時間出乎我意料的久，因為檢查項目太多了，大概也有十幾項吧，全面性的檢查眼睛.
聽媽媽跟診所人員聊天才知道，因為陳永煌醫師是個很嚴謹的醫師，自己的安全標準甚至比醫學的法規標準還要高，所以不是有錢就能做手術，還要符合標準!

我個人覺得陳永煌醫師除了講到專業領域比較嚴肅之外，其他時間就像鄰家伯伯一樣和藹，一點都沒有醫師的架子.

手術狀況覺得很輕鬆，可能因為有看到其他人的分享，心裡有底，加上陳永煌醫師也有先跟我說明流程，就像考試前有複習一樣，心裡很踏實，沒有什麼害怕的。也真的就如微笑眼科所說的，無味、無感覺，整體很輕鬆.
手術過程不到十五分鐘，我媽有稍微嚇一跳，因為她雜誌都還沒看完，但我有先跟她說過不會太久，所以她也沒說什麼.

台中眼科醫師

這是手術前，診所人員會先給的護理包，我覺得帆布袋很實用，是以後還會背出門的包包，護理包應有盡有，只要是你術後需要的，微笑都有幫你準備好，蠻貼心的!

我術後的狀況很好，甚至手術剛結束也只是有微微水霧感，沒有其他狀況.
完全不需要攙扶，可以靠自己自由自在走動，但建議術後還是有人陪比較好，比較安心~

陳永煌醫師的確就是讓人很放心的眼科醫師，專業的程度我與媽媽都是有目共睹的，讓我覺得很舒服的點是，並沒有堅持要求我一定要做Smile手術，只是建議我可以考慮這方案，有的眼科可能就會要求患者選擇價格高的項目，但陳永煌醫師沒有，這點我給推!
