雖然我是眼科醫師的小孩,近視一樣沒有放過我,所以我也是從國小就戴眼鏡,眼鏡帶來的不方便我想我經歷的跟大家都一樣,畢竟近視了就是一輩子的事,每天的視界都是從模糊不清開始. . .
如果可以選擇,誰會願意選擇戴眼鏡超過20年呢?
自從看到爸爸幫媽媽及妹妹都做完smile近視手術,我就非常心動,好幾次都想利用暑假回國的時候請爸爸幫我也雷掉.礙於醫學院的課業繁重,時間一直無法確定下來.

你爸爸是眼科醫師,你媽媽是視光學博士,你是不是都不能看太久電視?
哈哈~其實我爸媽真的都很好,因為他們都很了解眼睛的珍貴,從小就會給我們眼睛保健的觀念,我跟我弟弟、妹妹不用他們提醒,自己就會很注意用3C的時間,都會適度的讓眼睛休息.

話說,雖然我是他們的兒子,但是要做Smile手術還是要照規矩一步一步來,術前的檢查也是要做足做滿,各項檢查數值要合格才可以進行.

照片中在幫我驗光的就是媽媽本人,她平常也會在眼科幫患者進行驗光,診所大家都習慣稱她鄭博士.
媽媽在做驗光和外面的驗光師很不同,這是診所很多患者在寫回饋單的時候常常都會看到的~
她在驗光檢查時都會特別仔細,時間會稍微久一點,但是近視、散光的度數都可以很明確的檢查出來.
而且檢查前,我也有被叮嚀前一周不可以戴隱形眼鏡,這個注意事項每一位預約諮詢的患者也都會提早告知.
目的是要讓眼角膜的厚度恢復到正常的狀態,檢查出來的數值才會正確.
因為戴隱形眼鏡太久,或是眼睛太過疲勞、缺氧,測出來的數值就會有誤差.

這個術前的檢查也可以說是為眼睛量身打造的全套健康檢查.
透過十多項的檢查,由淺入深的檢查,可以詳細知道眼睛是否適合進行近視雷射手術.

這台儀器比較特別,叫做角膜像差儀.
全台中只有微笑眼科有這一台儀器.
他可以測到很多精密的數據,這台儀器有很精面的演算法,可以得到角膜很深度且詳盡的數據.
對於老爸在評估每一位患者檢查報告時,是很重要的數據之一.

ReLEx Smile手術的優勢在於他和飛秒無刀、Transprk、七次元、板層刀等比較起來是截然不同的手術方式.
前面那些都是傳統的大傷口手術,要在角膜上劃開一個大傷口,會掀開角膜瓣.
會切斷多數分布在角膜表面的淚液神經,影響淚液分泌的功能,乾眼症的機率就是往常大傷口手術最容易聽到的後遺症.
而且傷口大小大約落在22-26mm.

爸爸當年是第一個引進Smile手術的台灣眼科醫師,短短的時間就累積了破千眼的成功案例,Smile手術的官方說法傷口約為2-4mm左右,但爸爸可以做到2-3mm,主要也是因為手術經驗累積,能夠更精準的掌握精隨.

其實早在爸爸引進Smile手術到台灣前,我在美國讀書就知道Smile手術已經在國外流行很多年了.
這項手術在國外的網站上也很多好評,微創小傷口對於術後恢復相當方便.
Smile手術過程不需要掀開角膜瓣、2-3mm的極小傷口,恢復期縮短、幾乎不干擾神經,不影響角膜原本的強韌度,讓手術風險降到最低.
這項手術在醫學界也被稱為眼科界的達文西手術.

爸爸為了讓患者在術後更能夠安心完整地做好照顧,診所也都有先幫每位手術患者準備好一個護理包,會由護理師親自說明怎麼運用裡面的用品(棉棒、3M紙膠、眼蓋等等)

手術前,我看得出爸爸有點緊張!如果是我幫自己的兒子動手術我應該會比他還要更緊張,哈!
而我自己也有點緊張.
爸爸在術前都會親自說明術前要注意的事項.

準備上台面做手術了.
雖然有點緊張,但是有自己老爸的加持,很快就讓我的心穩定下來.

手術的過程,我一直在想這台VisuMax真的太厲害了!!
過程一點都不會痛.
包含在一開始要用撐眼器撐開眼睛也不會痛.
爸爸全程都會口說引導每一個步驟.
一開始要先看著綠點,但看到最後會發現綠點不見.
進行雷射的時候,眼睛前面會呈現一片亮光,但不會刺痛也不會刺眼,是蠻溫和的米黃色燈光,感覺有點溫暖.

Smile手術是用雷射在角膜內層用雕塑一個微透鏡組織,近視度數深,組織就會比較厚.
雕塑好之後,接著用雷射切開一個約2-3mm的切口,把組織取出.
這時候算是整個手術過程中最有感覺的部分,會感覺眼球受到一點壓力壓迫.
但不會不舒服,一下就會度過.

原來這項手術,真的是無痛又輕鬆!
仔細一看時間,才過了15分鐘而已!

最神奇的其實就是一下手術台,不需要戴眼鏡就能夠有清晰的視線.
但因為眼睛上還是有小傷口,爸爸都還是會要求大家先閉眼休息約半個小時.
爸爸也像平常對待每位患者一樣,總共幫我檢查眼睛傷口兩次,沒問題才放行.

有些人剛完成手術,會流淚、有些人會覺得眼睛酸澀,我想這大概也是會看體質~
而我則是只單純覺得眼睛內有些微的異物感,沒有哪裡特別不舒服.
我有聽老爸說過,他有很多患者,都是早上開完刀,過幾天就直接跳上飛機出國工作、也有直接跑去看電影約會吃飯的,不會有手術後特別不舒服的問題.

我自己術後隔天就跑到診所拜託老媽幫我量度數,因為一早起來我就發現不需要眼鏡就可以看得很清楚.
沒想到~~手術隔天我的裸視視力就恢復到1.0

術後我比較有感的是光暈的問題.
一開始晚上看到招牌或是紅綠燈,都會有一圈光暈,但不會很嚴重.
也跟老爸說的一樣,隨著時間會慢慢改善.
老爸老媽也特別叮嚀我晚上出門要小心一點.

生活上其他的部分則是一切正常喔!對了!除了第一個禮拜注意不要讓髒水跑到眼睛裡,不要揉眼睛.
傷口並不會疼痛,也不會感到乾澀或是任何的不舒服.
而且術後才過一周,視力便是相當穩定的1.2
