不得不說，現在的醫療技術實在是太強了~~
我到台北的眼科做了Smile全無刀近視雷射之後，真的是有感而發!

後來很幸運得到了竹科的工作，雖然離鄉背井，但是相對的薪水也很不錯，於是我再次研究了一下近視雷射的手術，但是那時候都是大傷口的手術方式,像是LASIK、PRK、7D、前導波之類等等的，手術後發生各種後遺症的機率頗高，像是乾眼症、紅眼、畏光等等，對於我這種需要長時間看螢幕小字的人來說，這個賭注太大了，所以我再次將做近視雷射的念頭拋諸腦後。

就在去年，朋友去做了Smile全無刀近視雷射，術後無後遺症，而且術後恢復也很快速，這次聚餐我看到他的成果馬上就先查了一下這種Smile全無刀近視雷射，這是極迷你的微創手術，傷口只有2-4mm(優爾視的陳醫師可以控制在只有2mm)，手術風險很低，而且幾乎不會有後遺症！
看到這裡，我飯都還沒吃，馬上預約了優爾視的陳醫師諮詢，希望能趁著這次連假就把手術完成！

朋友跟我說，他當時會去優爾視也是因為六年前台灣第一個引進Smile全飛秒近視雷射這項技術的就是陳永煌醫師，到現在雖然台灣也有很多眼科也引進了這項設備，但是論經驗與技術來說，陳永煌醫師絕對是無人能及的！

台北優爾視眼科就位在仁愛圓環的敦化雙星大廈，位置很好找，交通也很便利，診所內的環境寬敞乾淨，看得出很重視整潔。

優爾視眼科有很多非常專業的檢查儀器！檢查出來的數據相當完整，診所人員特別跟我強調，術前這十多項的檢查看似繁複，但缺一不可，每一項數據對醫師的判斷都是很重要的，我也在這檢查的過程中提升了很多對手術的信心。

其實檢查有很多是針對角膜的檢查，因為Smile全飛秒近視雷射手術是針對角膜的部分而已，是非常安全的手術，也是因為這樣關於角膜的各項檢查就要相當謹慎，像是如果天生就是圓錐形角膜的人，就不能做Smile全飛秒近視雷射了，如果輕忽的話很有可能造成終生遺憾，所以術前檢查是近視雷射手術非常重要的環節喔。

全飛秒近視雷射

檢查的最後還會點散瞳劑，然後就會由陳醫師諮詢，陳醫師會再做最後的視網膜眼底檢查，並評估前面檢查的各項數據，這樣檢查流程才算完成！很開心的是，陳醫師說我是可以做Smile全飛秒近視雷射手術的，角膜還蠻厚的，非常好！很快的就安排手術時間，我也跟醫師提出連假後馬上就要回去上班，寫程式需要大量用眼，是否會造成影響。還好這項手術的恢復相當快，術後只要趁著連假先好好休息，上班時間設個鬧鐘提醒眼睛休息一下，並確實點眼藥水還有定期回診就沒有問題了。

手術這天我是興奮多於緊張，因為之前預約檢查與諮詢，看到這邊醫師與護士嚴謹的態度與專業，覺得對手術相當有信心！

Smile全飛秒近視雷射手術的儀器是由德國蔡司製造VisuMax，在所有近視雷射手術中，只有這一台可以做到微創傷口，因為它不需掀開角膜瓣，直接在角膜內雕塑一個微透鏡，再切開2mm的開口，將透鏡取出就完成了！其它種類的近視雷射都是需要掀角膜瓣的，所以傷口會大到22-26mm左右，差別有十倍以上，傷口大所附帶的風險當然也多，恢復期也更長。

接下來分享下手術過程，進去躺好之後，醫師會要你看上方機器裡面的綠點，大概二十秒一眼，大約15分鐘就完成整個手術！
就是這麼快！我還問醫師說：好了？
醫師說：好了喔，護士會帶你到休息室先休息一下喔。
還記得那時一睜開眼，雖然看得到，但是很霧，好像開了柔焦那樣，心想不妙，我剛要問，醫師就說：現在看起來會霧霧的是正常的喔，幾天就好了，別擔心。
呵呵！還是醫師比較了解我們患者的想法，超暖心！

非常感謝優爾視的陳醫師與護理人員，在我手術的整個過程中非常細心與親切，讓我很順利地完成這項手術。

後記
手術完成到現在已將近三個月，我覺得Smile全飛秒近視雷射手術最厲害的地方，在於術後恢復一點負擔都沒有，工作不用請假休養，日常生活也不需要有人照顧，做完手術隔天就可以上班，只要注意讓眼睛適度休息就好了。可惜的是陳醫師早在六年前就開始施做這項手術了，我竟然到現在才知道。
其實像我這樣長期要盯著電腦螢幕的人，即使戴著眼鏡也常常看得頭昏眼花，所以我謹記回診時陳醫師跟我說的，要好好照顧自己健康的眼睛！所以到現在我都還開著定時提醒的鬧鐘，提醒眼睛要適度休息，像有時候寫程式找Bug，找了老半天都找不到，反而離開位置看看窗外綠樹，讓思緒清晰一下，回到位置上很快就找到問題了呢！
