今天以我自己的親身經歷推薦我認為台北最好的眼科診所給大家吧~
沒有錯!我做了近視雷射，告別了18年的眼鏡生活.
當然能打動我的眼科醫師，就只有優爾視眼科診所的陳永煌醫師了!

前陣子看到我同事接二連三的去雷射近視，讓本來對這件事沒興趣的我，也開始關注了起來.

我每次只要將眼鏡拿下，滑一下手機，就忘記眼鏡放在哪. . .
一兩次就算了，可是幾乎每天都會發生這種事，找眼鏡時還會不小心踢到桌角，我真是受夠這種困擾了!
所以我決定要改變這可怕的循環!
因著同事們的建議，還有網路上的推薦，得知了優爾視眼科的陳永煌醫師~

如果有在關注近視雷射的朋友們一定都會聽過「陳永煌」這名字，因為陳醫師可是近視矯正的眼科權威喔!

怎麼說呢~我們先從目前近視雷射的種類來說好了!
現在近視雷射的技術，最常聽到的有三種LASIK、SmartTransPRK還有ReLEx Smile.
手術傷口大小，還有後遺症的問題，我相信只要是想做雷射近視的朋友們，都一定會在意這些事情!
傷口大小:
LASIK為22-26mm.
SmartTransPRK則是75%的眼球表面.
至於Smile只有2-4mm.

後遺症裡面，我最不能接受的就是乾眼症!
因為之前戴隱形眼鏡很容易眼乾，所以我知道眼乾非常痛苦，要點人工淚液才能減緩，對我來說LASIK、SmartTransPRK這種都是比較會引發乾眼症的手術，我一定不會選擇!!

所以我自然就選擇Smile手術囉~而且我本身的散光很嚴重，Smile針對散光的矯正率比其他手術來的高，因此Smile手術對我來說是最好的手術方式.
而且都要做近視雷射了，當然要選擇新的微創手術，誰還要選擇舊的大傷口技術呢!

說完手術方式，再來好好介紹陳永煌醫師了!

上網找資料時，只要看到Smile就一定會看到陳永煌醫師的名字，當然查陳永煌醫師的名字也會一直出現Smile，會出現這種等號的原因，就是因為台灣第一位將Smile引進的就是陳永煌醫師!

所以不論技術還是經驗，都是台灣一等一的眼科權威!
舉個例子，陳永煌醫師能將Smile 2-4mm的傷口範圍，控制在僅有2mm左右，如果技術不夠純熟是沒辦法做到這樣的!

甚至結束後，我基本上眼睛沒什麼感覺，唯一的變化就是不用戴眼鏡就能看得很清楚了!!
