不用戴眼鏡除了感動還是感動~~自己終於擺脫戴了十多年的眼鏡了.
不用一天到晚再被眼鏡困擾了~
很多人都問我怎麼突然就去做雷射近視了，其實也不是突然，就是時常覺得眼鏡壓著鼻樑很不舒服，還有平常睡覺前都會習慣滑手機，但有時候忘記拿下眼鏡，翻個身壓到鏡框時才想起來眼鏡的存在，而且自己偶爾在拿眼鏡時都會不小心摔到地上，我都超怕鏡框或是鏡片被我摔壞!!
也不知道是上天的安排還是怎樣的，就在我想改善這情況的時候，偶然發現了網紅去做近視雷射的影片!!

看完只覺得這世上怎麼有這麼輕鬆的雷射手術!!有點讓我一反之前聽到雷射手術時害怕的感覺!!

很多人一定想說，台北眼科又不只一間在做雷射手術，我怎麼這麼執著要找陳永煌醫師呢?
我自己做了那麼多功課，其實要選擇甚麼手術心裡都有個底了，就是要找一個能將這技術做到最好的醫師，那我個人覺得能將Smile手術做到最好的，就是陳永煌醫師了!!
第一，陳永煌醫師是將Smile手術引進台灣的眼科醫師，這表示他的技術還有經驗一定都是數一數二的.
第二，陳永煌醫師現在同時也是Smile技術的台灣種子教師!
第三，全台灣只有陳永煌醫師能將2mm-4mm的手術傷口，控制在2mm!!
是不是看完這三點就知道為什麼我非要找陳永煌醫師不可!!
而且看完是不是也有些心動想去做近視雷射?
在諮詢前，要先做眼睛檢查，檢查時間就要一個多小時了!!
檢查時間這麼長，不外乎就是檢查項目多，而且每項檢查都很詳細!!
檢查時我才知道，不是每個人都適合做近視雷射的，可能角膜厚度不夠，或是淚液分泌不足，這些都會關係到自己能不能做雷射手術!!
好險我聽到我是可以做Smile手術的好消息，不然我脫離戴眼鏡的美夢就碎了.
現在換來說說為什麼我選擇Smile手術~
先從比較舊的大傷口手術講起好了.
LASIK，簡單說就是，掀角膜瓣，準分子雷射，所以會聞到燒焦味.
是很早期的手術，有很多代，但大概都是一樣的.
除了會有燒焦味，缺點還有後遺症的問題，因為要掀角膜瓣，所以會切斷很多角膜神經，容易會有乾眼症的狀況，而且如果有劇烈運動還有可能角膜瓣移位!!
雖然我不是很愛運動的人，但不怕一萬只怕萬一嘛!!
再來是Smart TranPRK，因為不需要掀角膜瓣，所以比較適合常常需要機動性出勤的軍警人員，或是會大量運動的人，主要是破壞角膜表面，等其再生，對眼睛角膜的傷害非常大!!
手術完的疼痛感是最強烈的，恢復期也是最長的，怎麼想我都沒辦法忍受這些，所以就不選擇了!!
最後來介紹目前全世界最新的微創手術Smile.
全程無痛無味無感，傷口大小也只有2mm-4mm(剛剛上面有提到)，不需要掀角膜瓣，術後恢復最快，也不用擔心角膜移位的問題.
總括我選擇Smile手術的原因好了，如果我都要做手術了，為什麼要去選一個大傷口的傳統手術，而不選擇傷口小，問題最小的雷射手術呢?
手術前陳醫生，有跟我說明注意事項，還有手術的過程也都先跟我確認一次.
其實說不緊張是騙人的，我當下真的很害怕，但是聽完陳醫師說明每個步驟，大概是因為感覺出陳醫師豐富的經驗，莫名覺得很安心!
加上我想到檢查時，診所人員有說，陳醫師都有替自己家人進行Smile手術，一定是對這手術非常有信心，陳醫師才會為自己的親人進行手術吧，想到這心裡又覺得更踏實了!!
眼睛上完麻藥後，就躺上手術床，安靜的手術空間讓我冷靜很多，不斷在心裡想著醫師說的話，發呆、放空就好，不要想太多!!
最一開始會看到一個綠點，眼睛一開始緊盯那一點，等綠點消失眼睛就不要動了，這時候就是發呆放空，之後等醫師取出透鏡，一眼就完成了，接著另一眼重覆剛剛的順序，就完成整個雷射手術了~~
手術結束起身睜開眼睛的時候，有感覺到一層水霧感，知道自己的視力有恢復到正常值，但就是還是會有些霧霧的，當下陳醫師也會檢查傷口大小，確定我的傷口只有2mm，傷口完全沒問題，就讓我去休息室休息了~
大概是個人體質的關係，我沒有感受到任何眼睛的不適，其實恢復的應該也算好，畢竟我大概三天後就沒有水霧感了~
診所人員很好，還再三提醒我很多術後照顧的注意事項.
我還拿到陳醫師幫我取出的透鏡組織，拿來給我當紀念品~
Smile手術，真的是近視手術中我最推薦的，雖然我只有進行過這一樣手術，但是跟其他也有做雷射手術的朋友聊天時，他們也都很羨慕我，手術後，幾乎看不到的手術傷口，還有手術中都什麼都感覺不到的過程!!
哈哈哈，看到他們羨慕的眼神，只能說我賺到了阿~
手術到現在 回去回診的視力測量數據相當漂亮，目前兩眼裸視都是1.2～超開心的!!
