每個人需要的次數不同，醫師也跟我說明如果要除到很乾淨的程度，依我之前的狀況平均一周刮一次，所以現在長的比較粗，大概需要10-12次療程左右.

記得來之前在家可以先不用自己刮毛，保留自己本來的毛髮生長狀況，這樣前面在用儀器觀察時醫師才可以看到比較完整的情形，不然很有可能會影響判斷.
診所會在雷射前先幫忙除掉比較長的毛髮、畫好格子、塗上凝膠準備施打囉~
這裡不用擔心衛生的問題，因為使用的除毛刀都是全新開封喔!
而且居然連腳趾頭上的腳毛也一起除毛了真的很貼心!
每個消毒步驟都是確實又乾淨，診所人員很細心~不然我會有很焦慮的感覺~~~

對了差點忘記說明!
應該很多人不解為什麼要畫上格子吧?
那是因為醫師在施打的時候會依照格子移動，而且是會重疊前一格約1/3這樣打，這樣可以確保沒有地方漏打造成不平均的情況~
塗上的保濕凝膠是成本比較高的雷射介質，可以順便幫肌膚做保濕，還能鎮定雷射後的膚況!真是一舉多得呢~

終於開始療程啦!原本很緊張探頭一接近我就大叫!因為我會怕痛呀~
結果出乎我意料之外!!!打起來真的一點都不會痛!
他有冷卻保護裝置的設計，在施打的時候會感覺到稍微一點點刺刺麻麻的，冰冰的~都不會感覺到燙或者是熱耶!我真的白擔心了!而且他是大光點照射，所以除毛的速度超級快速!

小腿也不紅腫不痛，每個步驟都做的非常到位!
