我從國小就開始了我的眼鏡之路，算算應該也近視了20個年頭，一直都覺得戴眼鏡，不方便是其次，主要是我覺得戴眼鏡很醜，但偏偏我又不適合戴隱形眼鏡，一方面每次戴都要戴好久，戴上去沒多久眼睛就感覺到眼睛乾眼睛痠了，最後聽說戴隱形眼鏡會傷眼，我就放棄隱形眼鏡這條路了!!

為什麼這麼說呢?因為他已經先去做近視雷射!!
跟我一樣都是四眼田雞陣線的人，突然有一天就沒再戴眼鏡了，還不會有看不到的困擾，不問不知道，一問才知道，這叛徒竟然偷偷給我去做ReLEx Smile雷射近視，也不揪我!!

他說他其實也是看別人做覺得蠻心動的，爬了很久的文才決定去做雷射近視，他先去做完後，覺得真的很厲害、此生不容錯過就來跟我說啦~

我看了非常多的文章，只要找Smile就一定會找到「網紅推薦陳永煌醫師，不乾眼近視微創手術」，而且不斷看到有人推薦陳永煌眼科醫師，儼然陳永煌醫師就等於Smile手術了!!不愧是台中眼科的權威!台中近視手術第一首選醫師。

進來眼科診所不是先諮詢，是要先做一系列的檢查，淚液測試、角膜厚度、角膜斷層掃描之類的，算下來也十多樣，所以沒有一時半刻好不了~
在過來前朋友就有提醒我，不是預約諮詢就代表一定能做Smile手術，要先通過上述的檢查標準才能做，這裡的標準不是一般法訂標準，是比法定標準還嚴格，陳永煌醫師有更嚴格的標準，來決定患者適不適合進行手術!!並不是只要患者來就照單全收的!

上面說了這麼多無關緊要的話，現在來說說我為什麼選擇Smile~

第一:那自然是因為朋友已經做過，他認為不管是手術前，還是手術後，都非常輕鬆舒適，也沒有像其他手術有乾眼症的狀況.隔天上班看報表打電腦也完全不受影響，開車也很ok.

第二:我自認為其他手術並不適合我，怎麼說呢?
像是LASIK、Smart TransPRK，都是屬於大傷口的手術，很容易有乾眼症的問題，尤其Smart TransPRK 在手術結束，一來要休息很多天,二來聽說視力是慢慢才能恢復，這對於無法耐痛跟請帶多天假的我來說，完全不行.我看蠻多人的說法是都會滴人工淚液來緩解眼乾的不適感，我連隱形眼鏡戴來的不適感都不能忍受了，更何況手術完的不舒服?而且他還是類似拋磨整個角磨表面的大損傷手術. . .光看手術內容描述就讓我覺得擔憂.

第三:以LASIK來說，因為要掀角膜瓣，所以後續可能會有角膜瓣移位的狀況，真心讓我害怕，暫且不論機率的高低，反正對我來說就是發生不發生這樣二分之一的機率!
我真的沒辦法接受到時候發生的狀況!

上述三點，就足以讓我排除掉Smile手術以外的方式，接著來說Smile吸引我的點.

第一:有做功課的人都會知道，比起上述兩種大傷口手術，Smile是屬於極微創手術，傷口大小只有2mm-4mm，跟另外兩種有十倍之差，各位就可以算看看大傷口究竟多大了.
況且，身為眼科權威的陳永煌醫師，更能將傷口控制在2mm左右的大小.
既然要做近視雷射手術，沒有人想要再選擇一個舊的大傷口技術，當然要選擇微創新手術.這樣的手術不僅是一個新的安全指標,更是為自己降低手術風險的最佳方案.

第二:我認為Smile的技術已經是純熟的了，雖然在台灣好像沒什麼聽過，但是其實已經在國外盛行好一陣子了，案例當然也相當多，所以本身對Smile手術沒要抱持什麼太大疑問.
而且陳醫師說依照他的手術經驗Smile手術針對散光的矯正率高於傳統大傷口手術.

第三:主要就是陳永煌醫師，雖然台灣已經有好幾家診所有做Smile，但是在第一點我有說，陳永煌醫師可以控制傷口在2mm大小，就說明了技術非常好，經驗豐富，才能做到這樣.
再來陳永煌醫師自己對Smile手術的肯定，很多人不做近視雷射的原因，都是因為醫生自己本身都是掛眼鏡的，既然這麼方便這麼安全，醫生怎麼不自己先去做呢?是不是有其他問題?這樣的想法就會讓人打退堂鼓.
但是陳永煌醫師自己就為他最親的家人~老婆和自己的兒女都進行Smile手術了，想想這手術一定非常安全，而且也對自己的技術非常有信心，不然就不會都幫他們做Smile手術了!

諮詢完當天我就進行手術了，畢竟朋友都開車載我來了，怎麼能不好好利用一下呢~
