PTT上有許多文章都很客觀分析出每一項近視雷射手術的優劣，而且也都有貼出10多篇醫學論文和期刊文章數據，我個人覺得非常受用，推薦大家可以去PTT上多看多參考!

看完PTT我個人認為，對方整理出的三個重點非常重要!!
1.技術本身的特性
2.術後復原期的照顧
3.診所測量的精準度

各種手術狀況我已經研究得差不多，而術後照顧就是一項重要的風險之一!
只要手術的恢復期越短，那自然風險就會不斷降低，安全性也就更高!
這也是我選擇Smile手術的關鍵，術後傷口最小，恢復期最短的微創手術，讓我不用以後還要擔心風險問題!!

再來是診所測量精準
找陳醫師諮詢前，診所人員先幫我做了一系列的檢查，我覺得會有讓人心裡感到『這應該很準』的念頭，大概最一開始視力檢查就有了，因為微笑的視力檢查表，不像傳統的診所是用圓形缺口8個方位，但是這種其實有時候你瞇一下眼，大概模糊的輪廓都猜的出來，但是微笑的視力檢查表的字母完全不一樣，根本無法像上一種視力表，蒙混過關!!

其實在讓陳醫師諮詢前，我自己已經決定好要做Smile手術了，剩下就是看我的檢查數據值能不能做這項手術。
當然很慶幸檢測出來的結果我是能做Smile的，雖然我知道各項手術狀況，但我還是想了解一下陳醫師的看法，所以還是有請他跟我分析。

跟Smile相比，Smart TransPRK、LASIK還有七次元近視雷射，都是大傷口手術，每一種矯正視力的方式都不一樣，看你的需求去決定!
除了Smile手術，陳醫師也有做七次元近視雷射，而且有20年的雷射經驗，所以不用擔心陳醫師的技術!
在微笑做七次元近視雷射，就是一個價位，不會像其他診所一樣，七次元加一次錢，前導波又再加一次費用，所以如果是想做七次元的朋友，也可以參考看看微笑診所!

那當然陳醫師說明完，我自己的想法還是沒有變，要做就要做最好的，我到時候才不用一直擔心傷口術後狀況，還有照顧的風險!!

從確定手術，到結束回家，中間過程很快!
最花時間的大概就是檢查吧!畢竟只要有一項數值不到陳醫師的標準，或是有其他狀況，陳醫師就不會貿然幫患者進行近視雷射手術!

除了自己早就了解手術的過程，陳醫師也有跟我做術前的沙盤推演，不要太過擔心進行到哪個步驟，陳醫師在手術時也會進行引導!
做了這麼多功課，目的就是希望能把最好的給眼睛，如果自己該做的都做到了，剩下的就是相信醫師的專業了，畢竟掌握手術狀況的就是醫師，再多的擔心跟緊張都是多餘的!

眼睛除了剛做好手術微酸澀之外，其他我都覺得還好，可能是體質關係吧!
陳醫師幫我檢查完傷口，確認沒有異狀就讓我回家了。
診所人員除了口頭跟我提醒要記得不碰水、要點消炎藥，還有出去要戴護目鏡，之外還用Line把上述的注意事項再提醒一次!

到目前為止，我並沒有不舒服的感覺，眼睛的負擔真的減輕很多!!好久沒感受到不戴眼鏡也能看清楚這世界的感覺了，做Smile手術，果然沒有讓我後悔!!
