之前我們老家的室內設計也是請台中帕瑪設計規劃的,因為空間的裝潢設計和施工品質真的很棒,完成後的質感比我們預期的更好,這次我們工廠要做小坪數的室內設計,就沒有再另外找台中裝潢公司,一樣請到帕瑪設計來幫我們做規劃.
這次因為我們工廠內部要提供宿舍,裡面整個清理過後,決定重新規劃整合,連一些硬體都重新施工,像是採光罩、樓梯、頂樓水塔的不鏽鋼梯也都重新做了.
之前因為老家裝修要找台中室內設計公司,我就加入FB很多室內設計相關社團,發現有好多人都是自己找工班,結果衍生一堆糾紛,說到底就是因為我們這些消費者都是外行人,很多工程細節其實都搞不太清楚,所以我也不打算[ㄍㄟ ㄌㄠˊ]的自己去找工班拼湊,以免遇到亂施工的窘況.
請帕瑪設計最放心的一點,就是整個的工程他們都會包辦,他們配合的工班品質都很優質,完全不用擔心,交給帕瑪,我們只要等待成果就好.
帕瑪他們規劃的系統櫃和系統廚具我也很推薦,完全可以符合使用上的需求,不會有華而不實的設計~而且各種風格都蠻擅長的~
這次的小坪數室內設計,他們也規劃得相當好,真心覺得認識他們真好~

原本的一樓有部分的區域是挑高空間,整體空間性是舒服的,可是二樓的收納空間嚴重不足,總感覺挑高的那個部分太多餘,如果能拿來利用一定很好.
沒有挑高的地方,其實也不會感覺壓迫,身高180幾公分的人在這裡活動其實也是綽綽有餘.

二樓原本的空間就只有這樣,小小的,其實用途不多,就變得有點可惜,設計師也覺得這邊可以有更好的發揮.

這是原本一樓到二樓的樓梯,很窄不說,大概就是一個人可以走的寬度而已,主要是很陡,走的時候都心驚膽跳的,生怕一個失足滾下去. . . .

設計師把樓梯改成旋轉樓梯,整個變得比較平穩好走,也不會太佔空間,而且根本網美梯,好美!

室外的空間,我們有加裝採光罩,下雨的時候比較不會溼答答的,蓋起來的室內空間,後續也有比較多的用途.
[施工中]
設計師看過現場,經過溝通後,我們決定把一樓挑高空間規劃成整個二樓使用的空間,把挑高的空間都補起來後,延伸出來的區域更好規劃和收納,而且是使用安全性高的C型鋼來隔出二樓的空間.
師傅很專業,測量和水平都完全不馬虎.

這是隔好的二樓空間準備要貼塑膠地板,看到貼這樣黑皮的時候我滿腦疑問,設計師跟我說外面很多廠商為了省成本,都是在原地板上直接貼塑膠地板,但他們還是堅持先貼一層黑皮打底,可以修飾不平整的地面或是磁磚縫,這樣新貼上的塑膠地板就能更平整,也能跟原本的地面隔絕開,日後拆除或是換新也更方便.

樓梯施工,要是換做我們自己規劃,再怎麼樣其實都不會想到要做成旋轉樓梯,這樣的旋轉梯讓整個空間質感提升,而且也不會像傳統樓梯顯得笨重.

一樓的採光罩施工
宿舍的採光罩施工是有些許難度的,因為外牆是圓弧的,並不是直線型的,所以師傅在施工的時候需要很細心的順著弧度施工,材料備料上也需要順著弧度切割,相當專業.

在一樓有規劃一組系統廚具,方便後續可以使用,煮個飯或是弄個吃食都方便.
系統廚具可以說是帕瑪拿手的,這部分就不贅述了,就是兩個字~專業!
板材花色和檯面都請設計師幫我們規劃就好,簡單大方的配色,看起來很舒適.

一樓完成的空間,看起來大器清爽多了.
旋轉梯不會占掉太多空間,也多了點活潑感.

一樓的挑高空間補起來了,二樓空間延伸最大化,塑膠地板的質感跟木地板一樣好.
牆壁也有拉出足夠的插座數量,後續使用上也更方便安全.
而且走樓梯的時候不再心驚膽跳~~旋轉梯的坡度剛剛好~

加裝好的採光罩,既能夠讓足夠的光線照射進來,不影響採光,能夠遮風擋雨使用上也更方便.

頂樓空間,加裝了可以更方便上去水塔的不鏽鋼梯,比鋁梯安全多了.
整體下來,這次工廠這邊算是整合性的規劃裝修,不要看好像沒什麼漂亮精緻的裝潢,但施工中的品質和細節才是重點,工班的專業度、施工的技術細膩度,我們時不時的過來關心進度,都看到師傅好認真的在施工,跟設計師點收最後成果,通通都沒有問題~
如果是我們自己想怎麼規劃,一定無法想出怎麼樣才能發揮最大的空間利用率,這時候就覺得認識帕瑪真好~謝謝他們的幫忙,第二次配合也是合作愉快~~
