今天是我的Smile全飛秒近視雷射術後追蹤日~
三個月前的我,做了要雷射掉近視的決定,只花了. . . .3秒!

因應現在的疫情,進診所前要先實名制、消毒,口罩也要全程配戴.
會想要了解近視雷射,是因為我兩隻眼睛近視度數視差很大,左眼200度近視,右眼550度近視,加上雙眼各200多度的散光,以我原本的近視散光情形,不戴眼鏡看近看遠都很模糊,也容易會有疊影,所以眼鏡非戴不可.
隱形眼鏡更是戴不久,因為視差太大,隱形眼鏡又無法矯正散光,戴一段時間就會覺得頭痛、眼壓飆高,眼睛負擔相當重.
所以我既不喜歡眼鏡,也不喜歡隱形眼鏡,若是兩者相比,我會比較喜歡戴眼鏡的視力舒適感,但戴眼鏡就是不能有太大的動作,讓喜歡運動、旅行的我,行動受限很多!

護理師邊帶我檢查邊跟我分享,只要是想要做近視雷射,都必須要先檢查眼睛~檢查項目有10多項,都是要確保眼睛符合手術條件,能夠提升手術安全保護眼睛健康.

目前近視雷射主要分成三代:
第一代→PRK (現在已進化為Smart TransPRK,但手術原理是一樣的)
第二代→LASIK
第三代→Smile全飛秒雷射
Smile手術是第三代最新的手術方式,第一二代手術與之相比是傷口極大的手術.
TransPRK和LASIK手術對於眼睛角膜的神經及組織破壞相當高,所以很容易有後遺症,像是乾眼症、夜間眩光.
大傷口麻煩的是照顧起來感染風險比較高, TransPRK手術術後的疼痛感較明顯,LASIK手術術後還會有角膜瓣移位的風險.
Smile手術不僅最新,還得了諾貝爾獎,是德國蔡司的專利手術,跟前兩代手術最大區別是傷口極微創,只有2-4mm,陳永煌醫師手術經驗豐富,操刀也很精準,給陳醫師手術,傷口能夠控制在最小標準2mm,讓傷口最小化.舒適度、恢復期、安全性都大幅提升,對於角膜結構及神經破壞極少,所以術後角膜結構強度更好,眼睛角膜神經組織保留也更多~降低了後遺症發生的機率.
我當下真的考慮了三秒,就跟陳醫師說我想做Smile手術!
手術前,護理師會先進行詳細的衛教說明~但Smile手術因為傷口真的很小,照顧起來真的沒有難度~也會先拿到術後的衛教包,衛教包裡面都是術後照護會用到的用品.優爾視眼科都已經先幫忙準備好,相當貼心.
包含眼藥水、還有墨鏡和護目鏡,以及3M膠布及詳細的衛教單等等,護理師也很詳細說明術後衛教要注意的細節.
而且墨鏡可以自己去配鏡區選自己喜歡的款式喔!
Smile手術儀器本身看起來就很先進~
德國蔡司原廠把關相當嚴謹,醫師必須接受原廠的考核並且通過認證,才可以引進Smile手術儀器為患者操刀,陳醫師不僅是原廠認證醫師,還是指定手術示範的權威~
手術過程的親身感受讓我覺得很新奇,因為術前眼睛會點麻藥,整個手術過程是完全不會痛的,一邊眼睛的雷射時間,也只需要23秒.整個手術過程不到15分鐘就完成了~
Smile手術也是能量較低的微創手術,因此是很安全的喔!
手術完成後,一下手術台眼睛就可以看得比以前清楚很多,兩邊眼睛不再像以前視差深時,看東西總會有一種不平衡感.
但陳醫師還是要求我要先去恢復室閉上眼睛休息,剛經過手術的眼睛還是需要充分的休息,確認過傷口沒有問題,就可以先回家了,後續要配合回診檢查視力與傷口.
我的眼睛手術完,看東西有水霧感,可是到術後第二天晚上就退掉了.
因為我本身眼睛就蠻乾的,所以術後倒是沒覺得再更乾,我還是有依照醫囑定時點眼藥水.
原先陳醫師評估我的術後雙眼視力差不多都在1.0左右,經過三個月穩定的追蹤,目前單眼視力都可以達到1.2~
所以我很滿意!
