我終於找到了！
我這輩子原本以為我要與「它」共度一生，沒想到我後來遇到了那個「Mrs.right」。
我的舊愛「它」是我的近視，我的那個「Mrs.right」就是近視雷射！！！
好啦，不開玩笑了！
很開心今年終於擺脫跟著我許久的近視啦！！
主要是因為我的耳朵上方因為戴眼鏡長期摩擦發炎而有增生組織！我本身又沒辦法戴隱形眼鏡，這個情況其實很多年了，曾經看過我家附近的皮膚科診所，但我眼鏡實在沒辦法暫緩不戴. . .擦擦消炎藥每次又還是復發，所以最後我才會選擇做近視雷射。
前幾個月一直在網路收集資料，看別人的心得，最後選定了優爾視眼科～
原本是另一家眼科跟優爾視在選，但後來發現有非常多網民都說陳永煌醫師才是最佳首選！
而且還有在台中的網友也非常推薦陳醫師，這時就很慶幸陳醫師也有在台北開刀，不然我可能還要特別南下前去台中了呢！
再來就是有人說在台北非常權威的陳永煌醫師做Smile全飛秒近視雷射手術，在眼科界裡面可說是前輩中的前輩，而且是Smile全飛秒近視雷射的教父，有這樣的稱號是因為他是台灣第一個引進這項技術的人！
就在我收集了很多資料之後，我發現不管是在 IG、FB、Youtube、PTT 上很多人都非常推薦陳醫師有幾項原因 :
1.陳醫師可以把傷口做到只有2mm。
2.陳醫師手術至今已經有6年多的經驗，案例很多，比起一般新手陳醫師還是最能信賴。
3.陳醫師也幫他的醫師兒子 、碩士女兒及博士老婆都做了這項手術，我想這就是最好的技術見證了。
後來我與診所聯繫，先排定諮詢，記得檢查前至少3天不能戴軟式隱形眼鏡、7天不戴硬式隱形眼鏡，當天則差不多要預留2小時的時間~~檢查超級仔細!!
我是有找朋友陪同，最好是不要自行騎車、開車去，因為會點散瞳劑，所以為了行車安全還是有人陪比較好。
當天全程都有專業的諮詢師陪同，雖然說步驟很繁瑣，但畢竟是眼睛的手術，要非常仔細，現場的人員都很專業、用心、有耐心！
觀看報告前，陳醫師先幫我照眼底鏡檢查並解釋近視雷射手術需要的條件，並逐步地對照我自身條件是否符合，在經過確認和了解後，我對手術又更多了點踏實的安心感，必須說醫師真的溫柔又細心，大家有任何疑問都可以在這時候提出來，陳醫師的解釋都很全面！
當時決定好做Smile全飛秒近視雷射後，我是抱著期待又忐忑的心情迎接手術當天～～
手術當天除了再確認眼睛的狀況以外，還會有護理人員來做術前衛教及術後照顧的說明！！
像是優爾視診所就有準備太陽眼鏡跟護目鏡，白天時可以戴著，除了遮擋強光，也可以預防灰塵！
其它注意事項還有包括：
洗頭的話給外面洗，或是戴蛙鏡防護，眼藥水要照醫師的指示點，睡覺要戴眼罩，以免睡覺的時候不小心壓到等等. . .
前置作業都完成後就會進手術房，穿上手術衣，護理師先幫我點了麻醉眼藥水 (還好不是打針 !!!) 陳醫生再幫我檢查一下眼睛狀況，確定ok後就上手術台了～
躺上手術台後更緊張了，身體居然緊張到發抖，護理師很貼心有幫我蓋毯子！
手術開始後是沒什麼感覺的，緊張時也會有護理人員和陳醫師的加油打氣，所以感受是好的，手術整個過程也差不多就10幾分鐘而已，所以真的非常快就完成，當下感覺就是原來「手術可以這麼輕鬆！」。
手術完成後會有點水霧模糊，當天會有點刺痛感並且畏光，但過了24小時之後症狀會明顯好了許多。
隔天大致上恢復6成（近的視力會比遠的恢復慢噢），1星期後我的視力約1.0，1個月則為1.2！
現在在台北優爾視眼科已經做完Smile全飛秒近視雷射1個多月了，沒有後遺症，而且改善了我原本皮膚的問題，還讓我的生活更方便，真的是人生更加分啊！我現在更加珍惜擁有寶貴良好的視力！很感謝陳永煌醫師！！
