對於現在順利摘鏡的我來說，我只能用非常神奇來說!!
畢竟當初決定要去台北雷射近視的人不是我，結果唯一有在台北雷射近視的人卻是我!!!
莫名的就擺脫20幾年的眼鏡人生~只能說~~緣分啊!!
當初最一開始是我哥要去台北眼科診所做七次元近視雷射，我也只是想說了解一下，搞不好以後自己也有需求什麼的，就找了很多資料，也陪哥哥去很多間台北眼科諮詢.
在參考很多資料還有醫學期刊之後，發現了現在世界最新的雷射近視技術，ReLEx Smile手術!
而陳永煌醫師正是台灣第一位引進這項技術的台北眼科醫師!!
陳醫師除了台北的優爾視，在台中也還有一間微笑眼科也有在做 Smile手術!
台灣只有三間診所有 Smile手術，陳醫師就佔了兩間眼科，是不是超厲害的，不愧是台北眼科權威，技術跟經驗一定眼科裡的佼佼者!!
我哥當然就決定選擇有陳醫師的優爾視診所，來做ReLEx Smile的諮詢!

既然我哥都已經決定了，為什麼只有我先雷了呢?
因為我哥家裡的小孩要上學了，開銷變大，當然只能先把自己雷射近視的事情擱著,打算再努力存一陣子再來做Smile手術.
而我在聽我哥諮詢的過程中，對於不用戴眼鏡的生活感到有興趣，剛好自己之前有存一筆錢，就決定花下去，反正就是今年少出一次國，可以換來以後輕鬆的生活，也是挺划算的~

雖然說一開始沒有打算近期就要做近視雷射，但是對於眼鏡的不方便，我還是有很多同感的!
像是在吃熱食時，或是室內外的溫差，都會讓我的眼鏡起霧，在看東西時，就會很不方便，這樣真的很麻煩!!
因為我自己的眼睛比較敏感，加上隱形眼鏡的壞處很多，像是度數加深、磨損角膜之類的，所以我本來就沒想過要戴!
也有人說可以戴角膜塑型片，這樣白天就不需要戴眼鏡了，可是這就像月拋式隱形眼鏡一樣，如果沒有清潔乾淨，就很容易造成眼睛的感染，到時候傷害到視力，就本末導致了……

診所內部很舒適，空間蠻大的，比較特別的是有一面微笑牆，上面貼滿了做 Smile手術的患者跟陳醫師的合照，看上面每一位患者滿意的笑容，想必大家一定都很肯定陳醫師的技術~

我哥開車載我來諮詢的，診所後面有停車場，停車很方便~
諮詢前，會先做檢查，一系列的檢查，大概一個小時左右吧~
我深深覺得診所人員非常有耐心，十幾項檢查，診所人員回答我和我哥超多問題的，還不包括其他莫名其妙的問題……(頭很痛
上次就有聽診所人員說過，陳醫師的檢查可以說是非常嚴格的，只要眼睛有些問題，或是一些分析的數據不OK，直接跟患者說掰掰，不會冒險讓人做手術!
現在想想，我的眼睛這麼敏感，到底哪來的自信覺得我可以通過檢查阿?
那時候也沒想這麼多，就通過檢查了(可喜可賀~

檢查完後，陳醫師幫我做了更詳細的視網膜眼底及黃斑部檢查，確保眼睛是真的完全符合手術需求後，開始幫我分析數據還有不同的近視雷射以及風險~
當然就先說，所謂的七次元近視雷射吧~
七次元近視雷射陳醫師也有做，優爾視是用德國大廠蔡司的ML90機器，而且比起外面，優爾視並不會去做額外的加價!!
什麼意思呢?像是外面有些眼科，七次元加一次價，前導波再加一次價，量身訂做又再加一次價!!在優爾視不會發生這種事!!
那我不考慮的點是什麼呢?
傷口大小的問題!!
七次元近視雷射有22-26mm的大傷口!!眼睛就這麼大，傷口根本已經佔眼睛的一半了吧(好啦我不確定!
傷口大當然大部分的人還是可以接受，我一開始也能接受，可是就要想想後續的問題!
恢復期間的照顧，傷口大小感染風險的問題!我本身的眼睛比較敏感，所以自然會對「感染」也多一份擔心!!

至於ReLEx Smile傷口比七次元近視雷射小很多，只有2mm-4mm而已，而陳醫師因為經驗足夠的關係，所以能將傷口控制在2mm左右!!
傷口能這麼小的原因只有一個，因為不需要掀角膜瓣，光是這點就在我心中的地位就高過七次元近視雷射一大截!!
也因為不需要掀角膜瓣，所以保留更完整的角膜，較少的神經被切斷!!
更不會有像LASIK角膜瓣移位的問題!!
陳醫師講完，我也已經決定好了，雖然陳醫師有讓我再想想，但是除了價錢之外，我已經想不到再想想的理由了!!

我當天諮詢完就動手術了~
陳醫師在手術前，有先幫我預演一次手術情況，還蠻像表演彩排的感覺，什麼時候可以眨眼，什麼時候要撐著眼睛打開~都在術前先提醒好，避免當下的慌亂~

現在想起來當時腦袋大概當機了吧，除了因為緊張有流一些手汗，我的腦袋根本一片空白!(其實根本無痛無感也無味，雷射的時候根本不會聞到什麼彷彿烤肉般的燒焦味，也不知道自己在緊張什麼@@
陳醫師也有看出我的緊張，一眼結束後，還提醒我等下另一眼要記得眨眼，不然眼睛會很不舒服(嗚嗚嗚，陳醫師真的人很好~

前後不到十五分鐘就結束了，等陳醫師說好了，我才反應過來結束了!
我就乖乖下床，走到旁邊檢查，等陳醫師檢查完，然後到休息室休息，這段時間我都乖乖閉著眼睛，不敢亂張開~
在休息室等了一會兒，陳醫師就進來做第二次檢查，確認傷口沒問題，交代很多事情，例如不要揉眼睛，要按時點藥水，我沒記得太多，反正我哥會幫我記，交代完我們就回家了~

手術完當下有酸澀感，除了之前網路上看到會有水霧感，我還有流淚，可能因為體質比較敏感吧~
我也不敢用手擦，怕不乾淨會感染，用衛生紙在旁邊接流下來的眼淚.

上面用隱形眼鏡盒裝的，是我這次手術的紀念品~微透鏡組織~~
一想到是從我眼睛取出的，感覺就覺得好特別喔~~

回家後，我不敢打開眼睛，雖然是說可以張開啦，可是我想讓眼睛多休息一下，所以除了吃飯、洗澡，我都躺在床上閉目養神~
隔天狀況就好很多，大部分的問題就都沒了，除了還是有些水霧感，但是看遠方已經很清楚了，明顯感受到自己視力恢復這件事!!就是稍微看比較近的字或是小字會稍微吃力一些，但也不會很困擾，移動一下距離就好了。
手術到現在也一個星期了，水霧感消散得差不多了，正常用眼也都沒問題，對於ReLEx Smile手術只能說非常滿意!!讓我生活真的方便很多~我之前煩惱的問題都沒有了!!出去運動也根本沒問題~還好當初沒有為了要省小錢，而下錯決定!!
我哥超級羨慕我的，也一直嚷嚷等他存到錢也要去做Smile手術，我都會笑他，等他存到錢前，也只能先羨慕我啦~
