又到了年底的時光~年底最重要的兩個日子就是聖誕節跟跨年!!
這兩個日子還不玩爆!!
講到聖誕節就想到聖誕餐會,講到聖誕餐會就想到聚餐餐點,就讓我想起去年的跨年露營,朋友和他女朋友把外燴給一路載到台南這件事~晚上的鄉村風外燴好吃到爆!那時候也覺得朋友他們很狂,車很小,還把很澎湃的外燴餐點跟佈置的傢私通通帶到露營地,最近又翻到照片~~超懷念去年的跨年露營,大家聚在一起就是開心!外燴餐點還超好吃,今天就來回顧推薦一下朋友家開的台中外燴~【歡樂派】

去年的跨年其實也算蠻龐大的揪團,有認識的也有不認識的,但到最後大家都互相認識了~~~就沒有在分誰是誰的朋友~吸引力法則真的不是說假的!一群熱情的人聚在一起,就好像我們是認識很久的朋友一樣!
搭棚的時候也是趣事不斷,大部分的男生都一副自己好像很內行一樣,結果帳篷攤開,你看我、我看你,到了天黑,終於營帳都搭好了. . .那時候真的有心理準備,大不了就去車上睡吧~~哈!

那天什麼東西沒有,酒最多~要揮別舊的一年,當然是要給他大醉一場啊!!!把舊的一年所有鳥事跟酒一起吞下去,迎接新的一年~
我們先到的人就先弄場地,桌子椅子通通就定位,人也一波一波的到~很有活力的感覺好像回到學生時期一樣~大家邊聊天邊佈置,很快就弄好~那天的場地也很不賴,不僅寬敞,地形又不錯,很好活動~

然後就聽到驚呼連連,我跑去看發生什麼事,也傻眼了!
本來以為朋友他們說帶外燴只是幾道菜,結果也太專業了吧!
外燴專業的爐具、擺盤、桌巾、佈置通通都齊全!
我們其他人帶的零食跟餐點,馬上弱掉~~~~
不過有了這一桌鄉村風外燴加持,我們其他人的餐點在旁邊也頓時變得很有氣氛捏!!
而且聽朋友說這真的就是他們平常提供給客戶的外燴餐點喔!

有甜點、有鹹食、有冷盤、有熱騰騰的雞湯、有料滿滿的炊飯~真的是想吃什麼有什麼!
重點是旁邊還有Shot!超專業!可見朋友他們也是有備而來~~
後來我一直回想,歡樂派~好熟悉!我才想到!!在台中路上常常都有看到歡樂派的餐車啊!朋友說對~~就是她們家的餐車!
她們家外燴的出場率感覺很高,聽說從她爸爸那一代就開始做了~有20多年的外燴經驗!
而且現在不僅僅是商業開幕或是公司行號會請到外燴出動,朋友說她們辦過抓週派對、新居落成、戶外婚禮、就連生日派對也有人請他們到家中辦外燴!
他還有開照片跟我們分享現在很夯的Finger food~希望下次有機會可以吃到他們家完整的外燴!改天我們公司餐會~我也來推薦一下歡樂派好了!

然後要大推一下她們家的甜點,黃金乳酪蛋糕還有莓果派對超好吃!我才知道歡樂派的甜點也是台中特色名產之一,他們家不僅辦外燴很厲害,最重要的料理口味和甜點烘焙也是一流的!

連飲料桶都很有質感!我記得這個水果茶很好喝!雖然大家都很想喝酒~但還是不願意錯過這桶水果茶,一直不斷續杯~~像我就被大家發現我狂續杯,被大家轟說是不是在閃酒~~欸!!我是怕浪費食物!

那天就這樣~有好吃的歡樂派鄉村風外燴、有大家準備的拿手餐點、有各種白酒、紅酒、啤酒、威士忌. . . .整個就是國際酒展的規格. . .我只記得後來越喝越茫,還玩那時候很流行的韓國369跟用台語猜東西、紙牌比大小,一開始說什麼玩遊戲輸的人要喝,最後連贏的也都一起吼搭,超鬧的!
就這樣熱熱鬧鬧的撐到了晚上11:59分~~~~最厲害的是全部人都醒著!!

大家熱熱鬧鬧的一起倒數~~5.4.3.2.1~~~2021新年快樂!!
然後~~幸好大家有在清醒時刻拍到合照~~~
倒數完,這邊倒一個、那邊躺一位,聽說有人因為醉倒癱軟在戶外椅子上,沒人扛得動,最後是半夜被冷醒自己爬回帳篷,有夠好笑!新年第一天就這麼瘋狂~~也是一個不錯的開始!

我到現在想到那天的鄉村風外燴都覺得好懷念喔!懷念那juicy的杏鮑菇、好喝的香菇雞湯,對. . .還有那天混酒混到爆的各種酒~~
不知道今年跨年是否還能像去年那樣瘋狂~~
