【雷射近視比一比,市面上的近視雷射手術該怎麼選擇?】

在Smart Trans PRK和Smile全飛秒近視雷射之間做抉擇.
諮詢後了解越多,考量的也就會更多.

但還是要先經過檢查及醫師的評估,才能了解自己的眼睛是否適合做近視雷射?適合做哪一種近視雷射?

我在網路上有爬到文,目前Smile手術可以接受的雷射條件為近視1000度、散光500度內,不過還有其它條件因素需要做評估,因此檢查完直接和陳醫師面對面詢問討論最準確~

術前的檢查有10多項,大約做了1.5個小時.
一連串的檢查,我覺得我眼睛各方面都檢查得好徹底好仔細!

陳永煌醫師幫我做了裂隙燈檢查,也檢查了我的視網膜眼底,陳醫師真的檢查的很仔細,細心度大推薦!經過他的確認後,確定沒有黃斑部病變也沒有其它異狀.

諮詢的時候,我問了很多問題,從陳醫師的說明就可以看出他很重視患者［知］的權利,不僅僅向我說明Smile手術,傳統的Lasik、Smart Trans PRK也都很詳細的說明原理、風險、恢復期.

Smile手術的優點是不需要製作角膜瓣,沒有角膜瓣移位的風險,更能保留角膜的強韌度.
因為傷害到的神經非常少,幾乎不會有乾眼的後遺症.
能夠一次性矯正近視和散光,傷口只有2-4mm.
而給陳醫師開Smile手術,傷口僅有2mm大小,對於恢復速度又有更好的提升~這也是為什麼要選擇手術經驗豐富的眼科權威~

從上面官網提供的圖表可以看到,另外兩種手術是屬於大傷口手術,相對會有較高的感染風險,也因為破壞角膜組織和神經較多,術後有較高的機率出現乾眼的副作用.
Smart Trans PRK是主推不製作角膜瓣,但也還是屬於大傷口手術.
比較過後,我自己的想法是想要做最安全,傷口也最小的微創術式,既然我的眼睛條件符合,那我當然要選擇最好照顧,且後遺症機率最低的手術~

Ok~那就來聊聊重頭戲-手術吧!
其實說不害怕絕對是騙人的!!!尤其我之前在網路爬文看心得的時候,有爬到一位是做傳統準分子雷射手術的網友說,雷射的過程會聞到燒焦味. . .讓我想到了中秋烤肉. . . .

但是幸好手術前,護理師和陳醫師都很有耐心地跟我講解手術流程,也跟我分享了很多過往患者經驗讓我安心很多!陳醫師真的是一位完全沒有架子也沒有偶像包袱的權威,親和力好高,讓我很放心的將自己的眼睛交給他!

躺在手術台上,一開始只要放輕鬆的看著上方的綠色光點就好,要記得手術中如果想跟陳醫師溝通,不要搖頭也不要點頭,因為最忌頭部移動,開口說話跟醫師溝通就好~
但也不用擔心頭部萬一不小心動到怎麼辦,這台VisuMax雷射會自動偵測,一但有移動到就會馬上停止,不會有危險,只是醫師就需要再重新做定位了.
術前有點麻藥,手術中是完全不痛,還有重點就是~無味!雷射的時候真的沒有燒焦味啦!不要再嚇自己了~我自己事後想想也覺得很好笑,Smile手術可是最新的手術耶,還有得到諾貝爾獎的殊榮,怎麼可能會容許手術過程出現掉漆的燒焦味XD

兩邊眼睛的手術時間很短,10分鐘內就完成.
當我睜開眼睛往前看的時候,那樣清晰的視覺,哇!!內心真的是沸騰到了極點!那種感動、喜悅充滿到快要爆炸的感覺~

回到家就是要遵照護理師的衛教好好保護眼睛、照顧眼睛啦!
診所會提供一個護理包和自選一副喜歡的太陽眼鏡~

我還記得手術後回到家,麻藥也開始在退,眼睛開始有一點點異物感,有點像是隱形眼鏡卡在眼睛裡的感覺,不會痛,就是有卡卡的感覺.
眼睛也開始流眼淚,按時點醫師開的眼藥水就對了!
同時看東西也有隔著一層薄霧的感覺,眼前有一種水霧感~

眼睛開刀完的第二天,異物感跟水霧感還是存在,但改善很多!流淚的狀況則是沒有出現了,這讓我蠻鬆一口氣的,因為一直擦眼淚都讓我好害怕去碰到眼睛的傷口.
重點是~~完全不影響上班和生活作息喔!我是完全沒有因為手術而要特地請假休養之類的,有聽陳醫師說,他有很多患者都是開完刀, 隔天都照常去爬百岳和運動,不用擔心有眼壓等問題.

傷口大約一周內就癒合了,回診檢查也都很正常~
現在我的眼睛看得比以前戴眼鏡還清楚!感覺好像到了什麼新世界一樣,一切都重新開始的感覺!
其實還蠻後悔小時候沒有好好的對待自己的眼睛,放任近視和散光度數一直加深,現在為了要找回眼睛健康,花了好大一筆錢. . .但是我還是不後悔做Smile手術,能夠有機會再次擺脫眼鏡束縛,讓眼睛得到自由的感覺真的很棒!!
