我第一間諮詢近視雷射的是東區某一間全台連鎖眼科.

推薦最新的手術方式這點我覺得是沒有問題的,一直到後面我感覺到推銷壓力的時候,我就選擇先暫停,回到家冷靜後,才又重新上網做一次功課,發現真正專業且在意患者的眼科和醫師,都是等到眼睛檢查結果出來才會建議適合的雷射手術,

想做近視雷射,首先就要先做眼睛健康檢查.
優爾視眼科他們的檢查設備非常完整齊全,會有一位諮詢師全程一對一協助檢查.
在檢查的過程中,可以發現相當嚴謹仔細外,要做的檢查項目也不少.
光是電腦斷層掃描就掃了好幾次,眼睛每一個細節都不能忽略,諮詢師說陳醫師有相當豐富的眼科資歷,更有豐富多年的近視雷射經驗,在評估上,更是重視術後眼睛的健康安全,國內很多醫師自己本身要做Smile手術,都特別找上評估嚴謹的陳醫師檢查和操刀呢!醫師比常人更依賴眼睛,平常的看診、手術都是高度用眼,所以跟著國內醫師的腳步走就對了.

在做最後一項視網膜眼底黃斑部檢查前,會先點上散瞳劑,大約需要等待30分鐘發揮效果,再由陳醫師本人檢查.
這30分鐘,諮詢師也先大致和我分析近視雷射手術的種類,而我自己也有先做過功課,所以聽了諮詢師分析下來,也讓我更有概念,也更想要做Smile手術.
現在的近視雷射手術主要有三種,可以簡單區分為兩大類.
◆大傷口模式:LASIK手術、Smart TransPRK
◆微創傷口模式: Smile全飛秒近視雷射
LASIK手術和Smart TransPRK都算是從早期傳統準分子雷射改進的技術,依照現代的醫療科技和儀器來說,安全度和術後舒適度都比早期大幅提升很多.
雖然微創的Smile手術涵蓋了各種優勢,但不是每個人的眼睛條件都適合,所以我還是建議要透過詳細的檢查和專業的醫師做討論,並且聽從醫師的建議喔!
大傷口手術相比起微創傷口的恢復速度,一定是會需要較久的時間等待復原,照顧上會稍微麻煩一些,也因為切斷比較多角膜神經,手術後出現乾眼的機率也會比較大,但我看有些網友的術後回饋也有提到並沒什麼明顯乾眼的症狀,所以我覺得主要還是醫師技術跟儀器的選擇有關吧!

Smile全飛秒是一機到底的手術喔!術前也會先在眼睛上點麻藥.
手術前護理師和陳醫師都有跟我說明手術流程,但讓我印象最深刻的還是要進手術室前,陳醫師還特別先跟我精神喊話、加油打氣,他告訴我不要緊張和擔心,手術過程只要跟著他的引導,就可以順利完成了.
而且我也有看網友介紹這是一台很安全的儀器,也是低能量雷射,手術是很安全的,真的不要自己腦補太多不必要的情節~~

手術中一點都不會痛喔!可以說是無感手術吧!而且進行的速度很快,雖然手術中看不到陳醫師操作細節,但可以感覺整個是行雲流水般的手法,一眼完成,就會再進行第二眼,就在我內心讚嘆果然找專業醫師是王道的同時,陳醫師說:完成!
我才剛進入狀況就完成了~~手術時間僅不到10分鐘,這速度也太有效率了!

手術後眼睛的視覺會有一層水霧感,有點像是隔著一面水牆在看東西的感覺,不過看東西不再像近視時那樣糊糊的,清楚但帶有水感的視力~很奇妙.
水霧感在術後兩三天會慢慢減退,回診的時候,陳醫師也很仔細幫我檢查傷口.
最貼心的就是手術回家的時候,照顧傷口需要用到的、3M透氣膠帶、消毒棉棒、護目鏡、太陽眼鏡、眼藥水等,優爾視眼科通通都已經先準備好,術前護理師也事先做好衛教,回家照顧的細節都清清楚楚~

以前近視的時候,眼鏡戴久都覺得鼻梁被壓得好不舒服,耳朵也被摩擦得好痛,隱形眼鏡雖然能夠解一時之憂,但長期戴下來讓眼睛缺氧乾澀的感受也不是很舒適,而且還會有一些併發症,像是發炎等等,本來近視500度的我,也離不開眼鏡,否則是伸手不見五指,低頭也看不清自己腳趾頭的視力程度.
做了Smile手術後,視力比戴眼鏡還更好,現在的視力檢測下來,雙眼都是1.2,超級健康的!戴了20多年眼鏡的我,早就沒有不戴眼鏡就能看清楚的記憶,手術隔天一張開眼睛,連天花板的灰塵都能清楚看見,讓我嚇了一跳呢!
現在眼睛的清楚視野,讓我更珍惜健康的眼睛,以前睡前很喜歡關燈滑手機,馬上就改掉這個壞習慣,也喜歡在放假的時候到戶外多看遠看些綠色風景,除了找回視力自由~也讓我生活型態更健康~可以說是一舉兩得~
